PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Born to Sweat mobile application ("App") and the www.pocarisweat.id website (collectively, the "Service").

1.5 Location Data

Our App collects precise location data (GPS) to provide fitness tracking features.

Foreground Location: When you actively use the run tracker or activity tracker features, we collect your precise GPS coordinates, altitude, speed, and accuracy data to record your route and performance.

Background Location: Our App collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use. This is necessary to accurately track your sports activities (such as running, cycling, and training sessions) that continue while the app is in the background. Background location data is used to:

  • Record your complete route during workouts without interruption
  • Calculate accurate distance, pace, and elevation metrics
  • Sync activity data with third-party fitness platforms (Strava, Garmin)

You can disable background location access at any time through your device settings. However, disabling this may prevent the App from accurately tracking your fitness activities.

1.6 Device Information

We collect certain device information, including:

  • Device identifier
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications

1.7 User-Generated Content

When you use our social features, we collect:

  • Timeline posts and activity shares
  • Comments and replies
  • Likes and follow relationships
  • Content reports

1.8 Camera and Media

With your permission, we access your device camera and photo gallery to:

  • Upload profile photos
  • Capture and save health screening QR codes
  • Upload payment invoices and receipts

When you use our Service, we may collect Log Data such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device type, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use, and other diagnostic data.

If you connect your Garmin account, we exchange:

3.4 Facebook

3.5 Google Maps

We may also employ other third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform tasks assigned to them on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

4. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you push notifications about:

  • News and articles
  • Event updates and registrations
  • Challenge updates
  • Virtual run updates
  • Social interactions (comments, replies, likes, follows)
  • Payment status updates

You can manage or disable push notifications through your device settings at any time.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is transmitted securely using SSL/TLS encryption. We implement SSL certificate pinning to further protect data in transit.

We store certain data locally on your device using:

  • Local database for offline access to activity data
  • Shared preferences for session and configuration data
  • Cached images for improved performance

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Activity and fitness data is retained to maintain your workout history and statistics. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).

You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.
